can't get into instagram HELP?

My friend tried to log into her instagram account but it wouldn't let her log in and her only choice was to reset the password. So she did that but it wouldn't log her into my email account and it says 'we cannot log you in right now please try again later or call help desk' How does she get back into her account?! she almost has 1000 followers and she was getting excited! and help would be great

I having the same problem and it's really bull since I wrote my email by mistake now I can access it, there is only 1 option to start over and hopefully Instagram deletes the account
