anyone who uses pay pal please answers?
im trying to set up a paypal account for ebay. my first question is, is it a safe site to use(the paypal) also when I link my card to my account does it charge any fee?? thanks

Yes, i believe its the safest way! I think it does charge a fee but I'm not too sure.
