Belkin router not working?

Belkin router not working?
I have a belkin n450 db wireless n router model f9k1105v1 and recently it hasn't been working. The light on the front is orange and internet isn't working. For a while the light below the big one was flashing blue when I pressed a button and now it's flashing orange. What should I do?
