How can i delete my pages from facebook?

If you put your mouse to the right of the message (that you became a fan of ___) You'll see an edit symbol, click it and the press delete.

That'll delete the message and nobody will know that you joined.

If you are talking about the "info" tab, I don't think there is any way to delete it. You'll just have to quit the fanclub.

just go to Edit Details (has a pen beside it)
go to delete box if you want to hide it
or remove application if you want to delet it
