Question about Bsnl strange billing system.?
Its been 6-7 years my Bsnl Phone connection & broadband connection has been cutted due to non payment of bill.(Amounting Rs-12000 at that time). However Bsnl continues to send me Bills for some more 6-9 months & then stopped.
Now I got a letter today from AOTR Bsnl exchange stating that my outstanding amount is Rs.41620.Which need to be paid within 15 days or they will take legal action or many new schemes are available for reconnection. Now,all of a sudden Bsnl asking such a huge money,i don;t want reconnection,i am willing to pay the amount which i have used that is Rs 12000 when Bsnl cutted my connection.I dont have that much money to give to Bsnl without using no service from them. Now is it possible that Bsnl will give me some discount when i settle the outstanding?Or in what way should i procceed?? Ads |

If you legally right, and obviously you know the data used volume. Try to explain them in a legal way that you used this much and why you should have to pay excess amount of money. First of all, try to convince them with customer care executive and write to them explaining every details in a legal manner. Thanks and probably the link will help you.

Not paying in time is wrong thing you have done. If you have not used service worth 41000 approach consumer court.
