What is Form 38 and how to get it?
If you reside in Uttar Pradesh many sellers ask buyers to submit Form 38 at the time of purchasing consumer products for personal use via internet. Please provide me information regarding this form and how to get this.

it is sale tax declaration form,
hire a tax lawyer and register ur firm in sale tax department,from their u get form no 38 on name of ur firm and whenever u sale or buy good u show it on that form no 38 and if ur turnover more than one crore than ur audit also held by sale tax department
