Does anyone know any good publishers?
Need a good publisher
Who won't want money upfront
Who review work and either take it further or reject it
I been having a hard time finding any good publishers
I even tried greeting card industries to submit work but i cannot find any apart from blue mountain art inks but they always reject my work.
