I have Windows 7 and the IE will not redirect to any URL or website! Why?

I have Windows 7 and the IE will not redirect to any URL or website! Why?
The browser of IE will not redirect at all, It give me a contexts menu that says my settings are not set to redirect. Can someone out there tell me how to set my setting so it will redirect? I have windows 7. Thank You, All In advance.

You should probably just install and use google chrome or firefox, because internet explorer is really outdated, and slow compared to chrome or firefox.

jus to internet explorer tools option and internet option and under home page just set it at as blank......You might have installed something that might have set yahoo as default....
