Why do I keep seeing: "'"?
When I'm looking through Yahoo answers I'll see ' randomly place throughout an answer. I don't understand why it's there. Does anyone know or have seen it before?

It's a glitch/bug. Don't worry.

Someone is answering questions through a device set for a different character-encoding set than you're using, and Yahoo isn't attempting to translate. (It's supposed to be an apostrophe; if you see &#039, it's the same thing -- the x means the subsequent digits are in hex.)
