Why can't I order from this website?

I'm trying to order something from spirithoods.com. When I fill in all my details at checkout and submit them (they're definitely all filled in because the 'submit order' button lights up when all fields are completed) it gives me a message saying 'a system error has occurred, please try again later.' So naturally I tried again a couple of times. Then I realised that despite the fact that the order didnt go through, money was taken from my account! The money was returned a few hours later though. I tried again after this and the same thing happened with the money eventually being returned. While I still really want the item, I'm worried the same thing will happen if I try to order again. I emailed customer service three times, they didnt reply once. Its so frustrating especially because its a legitimate, popular website and no one else has had this problem!!! Does anyone know why this might be happening?

You want to order from a website that you contacted their support 3 times and they haven't respond? Run as fast as you can away from it. By the way am I supposed to guess the browser you are using?
