Ok This what happen She added me as a friend and she does these things like kissing, does this mean she likes me i cant turn her down and she saying she misses me i like her but i cant have a relation like this

You say that she says she "misses" you. Does this mean that you lived near her at some point and one of you moved away?

Don't read too much into this. If she doesn't live near you, since you are only 14, there is no way that having her for a girlfriend will work out. How will you ever see each other? And at 14, you shouldn't limit yourself to one girl, especially one who lives far.

Also, girls tend to be touchy/feely on Facebook. They do kissy faces and hugs to ALL their friends. Does she like you? Most likely she does, but as a friend.
