I saw it on twitter and it said "happy Easter" but the acct that posted it is not anything to do with christian and im confused if it is mocking jesus

Yes. It is being mocking and deeply disrespectful. It shows Jesus saying "be right back" while his mother or Mary Magdalen is laughing out loud?!?!? While Jesus rose from the dead within 3 days, His crucifixion was undeserved, excruciatingly painful and a horror to those who had guts enough to stand by Him and watch Him suffer and die. Whoever did this is hopelessly childish and spiritually infantile.
