Weird to say happy birthday in real life and facebook?
It's this guy John's birthday, and is it weird to say happy birthday in real life if I already said it on facebook? or the other way around?

No it wouldn't be weird at all. After all, facebook is a "social" web site, and there may be other friends that visit this person's link and not know it's their birthday.
