You have to report it. I dunno how but look round the Facebook Help Centre.

Report it if its positively you. It's on the page below the portrait. Report as your intellectual property, then it asks questions.

Yes you can report for that page that will automatically deliever to facebook team.

Are you sure you are the one who created the another account with your name on it? This happens with Facebook a lot. Some people create account with no information even without any profile picture which looks like a duplicate page or something. But if you are not the one who created the account you can not delete it. Don't worry, the page may have nothing to do with you.

Login Onto the Blank Facebook Page And From there you Can Delete it Follow These Options And Choose Carefully
To Delete it And Possibly Activate at any Time Go to Account Settings than Hit Deactivate To Delete it With No Recovery Option later on Go Here https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account Once you Click on Delete My Account Do Not Login into that Account for 14 days and it will be Removed |
