How to re-import photos from Samsung S3 to PC?

I imported a few thousand pictures from my phone to my PC, then deleted all of them because the folder was really messy, however I still have them on my phone and when I plug in my phone and click pictures only Instagram, Messenger and Screenshots come up and the folders with the bulk of my photos; Camera and Whatsapp are not there and when I try to re-import it, it doesn't let me because it thinks my computer already has all of them.

And I would prefer if I don't have to take them out of the Recycling Bin because there are a lot of duplicates and I am preparing it for a USB because they couldn't all fit on my last USB.

connect via usb > right click on your phone on computer > select import pictures and videos
