Can you look at my resume? What am I doing wrong?
Hello! I have been looking for a job since i graduated high school in '08. its 2011, im 21 years old & i have never had a job. ive never even been called back for an interview! at this point ill do anything. & ive applied for everything. I have no money & my family is really struggling right now. I constantly call employers. i feel like a crazy ex girlfriend lol but they all tell me the same thing. Is there something wrong with my resume? i need some help/advice.

Your resume looks good I have the same problem I'm 21 and have been looking for a job since I graduated high school so that I could pay for college out of pocket I had one job interview but the guy didn't want to hire me because I had experience and the last people he hired with experience was lazy WTF it really sucks when you cant afford to go to school and you don't have a job

The trick is to focus your previous work/volunteer experience on what the Target position is looking for, customer service. There’s also a lot of information here. A hiring manager will spend less than a minute skimming a resume, so you want to make sure they see items that will sell you as being great at the job they’re looking to fill. Perhaps you could eliminate the oldest positions if they don’t help you get this job (like babysitting, volunteer reader). I would aim to fit everything on 1 page.
You’ll also want to use consistent formatting and the same verb tense throughout.
