Yes it is good one but you also check some others like digg, delicious, mixx, reddit and many others. These will also help you to get traffic.

pdfslider.com seems to be more of an archive site, the couple of posts I examined had no off site links at all, the home page of pdfslider.com has a Google page rank 1, suggesting it's a small player with moderate traffic.
