I need help finding someone from my past Help !!?

Hi guys , i am trying to find a guy called Steve Roach from Liverpool uk England , i have searched all social media sites , tracked back steps were i last new he was and have also applyed for tv shows ,
i have still not found him , he was like a dad to me , he use to look after me when i was a child then i was moved away ...
this is my last resort guys , i cant afford a private investigator as in on a low income , this means the world to me and i realy need to see him .
