On a Chromebook, the shortcut for an entire page is Ctrl+U.

If you want to highlight a single element, "right click" the element and select "Inspect element" from the menu.

Right clicking on a Chromebook can be done a number of ways.
1. Click with one finger while holding down the Alt key of the keyboard.
2. Tap the pad with one finger while holding down the Alt key.
3. Click with two fingers on the mouse-pad.
4. Tap the pad with two fingers.
5. If you have a touch-screen Chromebook, then touch and hold for a few moments to open the "right click" menu.
