i cant log onto facebook, it looks like a virus thing keeps popping up..?

i go onto the page then a white window with a blue bar at the top (it looks like it could be from facebook but im pretty sure its a scam)
it says "you have to complete one of these to confirm you are not a robot. otherwise, you will not have access to your account" then theres 3 different surveys.. and ive done alt-ctrl-delete and it doesnt name anything other than facebook.. when i navigate away from the site, another grey window pops up on top of the other that says,
"are you sure you want to navigate away from this page? help keep this content free. please take one minute to complete a spam free market-research survey to gain access to this special content."

i went into the internet options then into the lan settings and unchecked the box that says allow proxy server. then i restarted my computer. the little window keeps popping up.. do i need to do a virus scan or something?
yeah, i ran a scan this morning and it didnt pick up any viruses, but im going to have my dad do that thing where it goes back to the day it picked up the virus (im assuming it was yesterday) and have him delete the files from that day.
