New privacy settings Facebook?

So I've seen the new privacy settings on Facebook and I have found that my profile picture has suddenly become apparent to people who are not on my friends list. I can not find a way to reverse with the new settings that I might have just missed?

I'm pretty sure they did that intentionally, that and people can see who you're friends with. I think the idea was that it would make it easier for people to know whether or not it's you when they try to add you. As far as I know there is no way to change it.
