Why does my Craigslist ad keep getting flagged?

I run a tutoring service and I try to advertise through craigslist. This is the link to my CL ad: http://newjersey.craigslist.org/lss/3843355593.html

I don't understand why it keeps getting flagged. I don't think it violates any rules. Could you please explain what's wrong with my ad so I can fix it?

CL does not want you to use HTML in its ads. You have a big HTML at the top of the page "Professional Tutoring" with the A+ , etc. That is a violation. You have a link to your website. They don't like those. Your ad is very long. Users of mobile phones always flag ads that take up their whole screen and more.
Cut your ad down to 1/5th of what it is. Otherwise you will keep getting flagged. At least 10 people who viewed your ad thought it violated the rules. They could contact you with an explanation or they could just hit the Flag button.
Your ad is well-written and gives lots of information. It would be perfect for a resume.
