Dear Cha Cha,
Yes, AliExpress.com is trustworthy. It's like eBay for Chinese people—but I strongly suggest you read the following, though. AliExpress was spawned in 2010 by its parent company called Alibaba Group in order to address the booming business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce market not only in China but worldwide. The parent company Alibaba is a Chinese company well known for its business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platform that helps Chinese small and medium businesses (SMB) procure for goods and services online since 1999. Is eBay trustworthy? For sure, but you have to be careful when doing business with sellers (and buyers) because there are still con artists operating on this renowned platform. Same applies to AliExpress, even if they provide users with an ironclad refund guaranty as eBay does. So you can safely do business on AliExpress to the extent you take exactly the same precautions as you would do on eBay. —Pascal Perry Online Findability and SEO Strategist Incidentally, informed online buyer and seller Ads |
