every website i go to theres a 'download' sign whyy?

its just a green sign saying 'download' on it and when i click it it asks for my phone number and i obviously wouldnt put it. i think it happened after i downloaded a game onfrom a torrent site. its so annoying please help. i already checked my extensions on google chrome and its not one of them. it comes on every website i go to even google. theres sometime also and ad at the botom left corner.

its most likely some crap-ware you got when istalling something.

Go to start -> control panel -> remove a program and look throught there for something that can cause this.
i have no idea of what this can be called in there so you just have to look for something unusuall
