Instagram Freezing on Samsung Galaxy S2?

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S2 with the software 4.1.2 and Instagram (4.0.2), I can record a video, however when I finish recording the video, the app freezes and will not allow me to conduct any further actions. Is there a way that can fix this?
