I paid online to a catologue company?

but my bank is stating thats its pending before i contact the bank can someone tell me why that is so, while other payments went through.,

The problem is on the company's end. Not your bank.
The company may not be set up to receive immediate payments from your bank.
In that case, it can take an extra 2 or 3 business days for that payment to process.
I bet you it will clear by tomorrow if it's showing pending today.
