New tab in Firefox whenever I click on a link?
Ok so if I click on a link, even if it's from Google, Firefox will load the link in a new tab. I just want it to pull up the page on the same tab I'm already on. I've already gone to Options>Tabs and checked the box that says "Open new window in a new tab instead" but I don't want it to do that for every single link. And besides, my problem isn't new windows, it's constant new tabs. Anyways, does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
Unchecking the tab doesn't work because then it just opens up all the links I click on in a new window instead of a new tab. It still doesn't just keep my on the same tab. I downloaded Chrome. I guess I'll just use that now.

did you try unchecking "Open new window in a new tab instead"?
