There are a lot of websites are available with these claims like this.Most of them will ask you to spend some money initially. As we don't know anything about these kind of things it is better to stay away from this.

I don't know anything about this particular website and i wont tell this as a scam or some thing like that as i don't have any experience with this, but i can remind you that there are a lot scams are available with these kind of claims and offers.

This url is just a redirect link from a mailing list service GetResponse. About the website it redirects to I don't know, do some Google searches about this product + reviews.
