what are some benefits for a company to use a RSS feed?

so i work in a company and these people have been making new ways for us to use RSS feeds. are there any benefits or profits in this for us i mean to accept RSS feeds we need at least 5 or 6 benefits that will prove this RSS feed will help us in future and also now.


so any idea's of how this will benefit us? if yes please do not hesitate to answer underneath.
