is IE 11 supported for calendar usage?,?

I have tried to setup my calendar but get the error message;

You're almost there, but your web browser doesn't support the newest version of Yahoo! Calendar
I have IE 11, using windows 8-64bit

What it wrong?

It is likely that the calendar wants HTML5 compliance. IE11 isn't very HTML5 compliant yet. Download and install either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. That should solve your problem.

Zarn , this does not make sense. I shall be a better solution than switching the browsers, i.e., Yahoo Calendar should remedy the problem.
