How to enlarge Instagram profile pictures?

I know it is or was possible, because I have done it before. I don't remember how. I have this fan page going, and the celebrity has a profile picture I can't get in a larger version. Do you know how to fix up the URL to make it work?

Here is an example of what a URL would look like with the X's representing numbers.
