I want to delete my old Twitter account?

So I have an old Twitter account which I do remember the email, password and username for but the thing is, when I try to log in, I am told I have to reset my password when I log in. However, it isn't that simple because the email I used has got hacked, so Hotmail won't let me in. Because it is my old email (which I haven't been on for around 2 years now) I cannot fill in the questionnaire because I forgot what emails I sent, and who to. My support email on it has been deleted as my mum didn't need it any more and she was the owner of it.

I didn't have a phone when the Twitter account was made so phone verification is also a no-no. But I really want to get rid of that account, it has some stuff on I don't want on the internet anymore.
If you don't know how to help, is there a direct Twitter email address I could send something to and get a direct answer back? Thank you x

You can call twitter and they should be able to cancel.
