Please help!! what does professional mean on room ads?

So Im looking for a Flat and on some of the ads it says Professionals only, what does this mean?
Someone with a stable Job act. Mcdonalds working in a shop? or does it mean people who have jobs as nurses and Teachers?

It's suggesting people with a career, perhaps with a job title, and not day workers.

it's not job specific, but "professional" lifestyle specific. That means people that pay their bills on time, come home from work and are quiet and respectful of their neighbors, don't have loud parties at night/weekend, keep their place clean, etc.
