My internet was shut off for non payment.?
I have a Nook HD tablet & still am able to get online thru my router. Is this a mistake thru my cable company ? Do I even need to pay for internet?
No, I am logged in under my name. My laptop does not work, but my tablet does. I'm wondering if its connecting thru a 4g network like a phone?

It might be, or it could be a glitch. If you're a really good person you could report it to the cable company, but otherwise it'll probably turn off soon, in a week or so probably.

hi kimmy pach, that is like captain hook asking himself is stealing a bad thing. yes you need to pay the bill it is a service and not a right to have it for free. so report it and they will stop that service but now it is a bad time for everyone economically. but when you bought your computer Microsoft asked you will you promise to obey the rules of the internet and you or your manufacturer said yes so this is a trust so always do the right thing if you can so call them and let them stop the service. but while we are on this subject a friend of mine had the cable and his services was turned off and he climbed the pole and turned them back on. he got away with it for almost a year and the police was called and he had to go before a judge and he had to pay for not only the services he stole but damage to their equipment that he climbed up and switched back on so in that case crime did not pay. good luck I hope I was helpful to you
