You can't unbid once a bid is placed. He cannot change the shipping price. You were maybe looking at shipping rates for the wrong country...

Just hope you get bid over and don't bid on it again, all you can do.

The auction can't be revised once a bid is placed, for $19.95 it is either heavy or unusually large to be that costly.

The shipping price of $5 could be for economy shipping. Some listings give buyer a choice of shipping method. The $20 could be for UPS. Look at listing carefully and email seller to ask about the $5 charge on listing. You should always make sure of shipping cost before you bid.

If you havent won the item and it is still in bidding, confirm shipping price with seller. If you dont hear back, ask seller to retract your bid, or you can go to Customer Support and put "retract bid" in the question field.

Seller cannot change the shipping price after there are already bids on the item.
