Relationship status on Facebook?
Hi, so my relationship status on facebook says "In a relationship with *insert boyfriend's name here* "and when I click on this girl's facebook, she's "in an open relationship" with my boyfriend as well. WHAT? What's going on? I refreshed the page a couple of times, it still didn't changed. Me and my best friend also used her facebook to check if that girl's relationship status on facebook says that she's in an open relationship with my boyfriend and yes she really is. Is that even possible? How? I don't understand. It seems like it's not a big deal but really...
No, my boyfriend's page says he's in a relationship with me but when I click on the girl's profile it says that she's in an open relationship with him.
Btw, I'm "in a relationship" with my boyfriend, not "in an open relationship" and Idk what's going on but it hurts a bit.

Well your boyfriends page must say the same. A relationship status doesn't say names unless it's mutual and he would have had to accept the request . Talk to him about it...

Sounds like hes involved with her, are both of you in a commited relolationship? If so then hes also either dating or messing with the other girl. If you ask him he might deny it, but ask her or send her a anonmyous message from your friends faceook. Better safe then sorry, might give you some answers. Sometimes there are "glitches" on facebook but being "in an open relationship" with your man might not be.And if you know her or if shes from your town or school then it may be something.good luck...open relatioships mean that you actively allow others into your relationship or its mutually understood that you can date other people. (they are hardto make work, someone will get hurt). good luck.

If he doesn't have something going on with her on the side, he would block her and make the relationship status disappear. A lot of people have been caught cheating on Facebook. Not me, but quite a few friends of mine. It's possible that she's just some creepy stalker wishing she was with him, but I would do some investigating myself offline...
