How can I get more quality backlinks to my blog?

Hi friends, I am a technical blogger working since 2013. My site is TechZilla Firefox URL : http://techzillafirefox.blogspot.in. I am trying to get some quality backlinks to my blog. Can anybody help me to gain this task?

Find niche directories that have good Pagerank and submit info about your blog.
Create high quality contents (case studies, infographics or in-depth articles) and share in popular document sharing sites
Set up social media profiles and post updates on your latest blog post
Do guest blogging in PR4+ guest blogging sites

Don't perform blog commenting, forum commenting and article submissions as Google considers these strategies as black hat techniques.

Search niche related blogs, also find the domain PR and authority and start posting comments with your blog url as backlinks.
