can someone please tell me what happened to my cousin's facebook page?

when i click on my friend's profile, i get the above message. what does it mean

if i view the profile from my other accounts, his name doesn't show up

his name shows up but i get the message, "Sorry, this page isn't available

what happened to my friends's account

his name shows up in my friend list but not in my family group. if i type his name in the search, his name shows up

hmm..... i dont think this is possible, the only way for this to be possible is if facebook did something. my last answer would be deactivation or deletion.
