In your IE, use the option to "export favorites". That will save them into a format (html) that the MAC can read. Copy them to a USB memory stick. Move them over to the MAC. Use the import feature in Safari (or whatever browser you use - they all have import/export features) to copy them from the memory stick into your MAC.
