People paying through eBay but not appearing in my paypal account?

I've recently sold two items on eBay.. I have realised that I entered my paypal address incorrectly but I have sorted that now. The only thing is the people have said they've paid to my wrong address and they are unable to cancel. How do I receive my money? I can't access this other account

You need to put your paypal email address in your ebay listings where it says how you would like to be paid,go in your active items and the first one check the box click edit then scroll down where it says how would you like to be paid and put your correct paypal email address in there,you have to do that in all your listings,for the ones you sold you will have to either re-list and edit and put your correct paypal email address in there and ask the buyer to buy again or if you know their email address you can go in paypal and send them a new invoice.When you go in paypal to create a new invoice,make sure you have the buyers email address,to do that go in paypal at the top of the page click request payment and then click create an invoice.
