Job Hunting: differences between generation X and Y?
For those of you actively looking for a job or recently hired, could you please tell me:
1.) which channels (job boards, career fairs, social media, blogs, networking events) you used to reach the company you wanted to work for and why. 2.) why you chose that company (contribution, admiration, reward system, innovation) Thank you! Ads |

I reached out to people on Linkedin and established some networking. I provided my resume and was able to get several interviews. Eventually, I was offered a position with a fortune 500 company. Chose it because of stability and growth, along with other future opportunities within the company.
