Should I register for Google AdSense?

I'm a small channel on YouTube but I think it's time for me to register for Google Adsense. Are there any hidden implications I should know about? Will I be able to later register with Machinima or Yeousch later on if I have a YouTube Adsense? Here is my Channel.

It couldn't hurt, that's for sure. You're supposed to be 18 to register for Adsense, but no one really cares all that much. I really think Machinima is shit, you would be better off doing your own thing. You need to make $100 before Google will pay though.
