Samsung vibratn firmware question.?

I have a samsung vibrant. sometime ago i updated it to android 2.2 using keis mini or whatever that program is. I hate it and want my original 2.1 back. is there a way? I will do any thing (includes flash and root and stuff). Please tell me or give me some xda developers or youtube or some other link. Galaxy S vibrant SGH T959. Original 2.2 by samsung (froyo). preferably a method in which after everything is done, my phone is unrooted.

please note... when you go back to Eclair 2.1... you WILL loose 40% of Android apps. Most Android apps require 2.2+ now.... for example----most importantly Google Playstore!!!!!!! You'll still have Android Market to search for and download apps, but it wont have Google Playstore fearures!!!!! So dont get angry at Google or Samsung becuase an app your want (temple Run, Instagram, etc) isnt available to you on yoru Market app or wont work on your phone...
