You should add some keywords to your site, at the moment you ony have the site name:
<meta name="keywords" content="ComfyTex.com " />
You should do some keyword research relating to your products and add the most popular such as
<meta name="keywords" content="pillows, duvets, blankets and so on" />
This will make your site more searchable with google etc.
You can download a programme called web ceo (google it) It's free and is a set of optimisation tools to help get your site ranked. Also, they do a free online university course in SEO (search engine optimisation) and it's worth browing that for extra tips. Blogging and flogging is the way! Write short articles on blogging sites with a lot of traffic with a link to your site. Also with web ceo, it includes a search engine submitter and i think it now incorporates an article submitter.
If you want to pay for advertising, you should join google adwords, this is free to join. You agree an amount with google, such as 50 dollars per month. You fill out a small ad and google put your ad out everywhere rellevant. You pay them per click, an agreed amount. You can never go over your monthly amount and may even pay less, but it's a great way of getting your site seen.
You may also think about offsetting that cost by also joining google adsense. Adsense again is free and this allows you to add a code to your site in an allotted space which google will use for advertising other peoples sites. You will then get per paid click.

Make sure you do A LOT of research before you sign up for Adwords and start paying, it is very very easy to spend an enormous amount of money and gain nothing.

If you can afford it, a local SEM (search engine marketing) expert can help you set up an Adwords campaign and I highly recommend it for a beginner. When you're paying by the click, its very easy to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars a month and not gain a single sale. However, a professional can track sales (called "conversion tracking") and find which clicks are worth paying for and which clicks are not worth paying for.

Google has some good video overviews on their help section, but remember, SEM experts make $60,000-$250,000 a year, so it requires a skill set that can take years and years to master.

Also, there are some basic SEO (search engine optmization) techniques you can use. Just search for "basic SEO" and you'll find millions of pages of tips and tricks.

Good luck!

Wordvertiser.com is a new site that allows you to purchase a word to advertise your website. Just about any word can be linked to your site. You purchase the word for $2 for life. The site will be getting a lot of traffic soon, so you really can't go wrong for $2.
