Why can't i delete nescaline on ios7?

Alright, i was trying to download AllEmu RA but it said i couldnt so i tried another one and it downloaded fine but there was another one that is almost done but i couldnt delete it. So i downloaded GBA4ios so it would over write one and it did but i still couldnt delete the other one so i turned on airplane mode and nothing then i restarded my ipod which made the app deleteable ( i dont even know if that is a real word ) so i tapped on the x and nothing. It also says nescaline at the bottom of the app. I really dont want an app just sitting there so please respond.
