how can i get a refund on tmart?

i bought 2 items on TMART.COM and unfortunately later found out this website is a scam!!!!! i lost money and never received my items purchased. please somebody help me get a refund!!

HEREAN EXCEPTION WHEN THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ANNOUNCED THAT HE/SHE IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ( WOOW)

TMART.COM is offering BLOGGERS LIKE YOU some items FREE to review.
"Tmart.com wants to get more real opinions from customers, They hope could get better customer feedback to improve their website, so they looking for bloggers to review their products. Products will be FREE of charge to bloggers."
Those bloggers are the only ones who are receiving their FREE items on time and in good condition and the rest of us are just victims of their ads
