Hello Sophia,

This is Sherry,a customer service from Tmart.com. I am very sorry to hear that you didn't received your orders. For this issue, would you let me know the order number first? Then I can check it for you. Please don't worry, for the Shipped but not Delivered, There is policy to protect the customer: If the status of shipment is not updated and you still do not get the item within 45 days (20 days for the packages shipped from US warehouse to U.S. or Canada) since the shipment date. We will reship the item to you. You also can contact me at customercare@Tmart.com.

recognized here also, Tmart.com customer service are disguised as customers to post positive reviews for Tmart and Jenni here is one of them who is answering the complaints and posting positive reviews for Tmart. HEREAN EXCEPTION WHEN THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ANNOUNCED THAT HE/SHE IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ( WOOW)
Most people agree, Tmart is a scammer. No matter how may positive PAID reviews Tmart associates post, Tmart.com continue to be a SCAMMER. many scammed customers wrote about Tmart at different websites, http://www.scambook.com/company/view/8993/TMart
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/spec...arch/Tmart
Tmart.com is paying for the positives reviews posted online by bloggers. and here is one proof. http://www.realasianbeauty.com/2013/12/f...-blog.html
TMART.COM is offering BLOGGERS LIKE YOU some items FREE to review.
"Tmart.com wants to get more real opinions from customers, They hope could get better customer feedback to improve their website, so they looking for bloggers to review their products. Products will be FREE of charge to bloggers."
Those bloggers are the only ones who are receiving their FREE items on time and in good condition and the rest of us are just victims of their ads
