I Build a website very similar to Fiverr.com. How can i make my website Popular.

I know Advertising on Search Engines,SEO, Adwords,PPC etc.

Despite of those, i want to start with a bang on Internet... How can i do that?

Participating in creative, webmaster and internet marketing forums, establishing a good reputation for good advice and a post history that enables footer links would help. Some pay outsourced help to do that sort of work on your behalf, these sites also have direct sell add spaces that might be more effective than trying to identify keywords for the diversity of services offered.
New sites have the chick & Egg problem, people don't want to use a service with no established track record of satisfied customers, you can't get those endorsements until people have used the site. Consider not making any profit at first, offer new workers no fee jobs perhaps for the first month or the first 10 jobs as an incentive to get them to sign up.
