Internet lag help?

Hello, I just wanted to know what is wrong with my connection. I used to think that someone might be stealing my internet, but somehow now im not so sure. We always change the wep key (or ask the internet provider to change it) and it gets fixed. But soon enough it starts to lag a couple of weeks in. This time it happened so suddenly, like barely a week in.

Could someone tell me what is happening?
It takes forever to load pages, but playing online is somehow unaffected.
i dont think it has anything to do with cookies or the speed subscription. It runs well for a while but suddenly just lags constantly. For example i had to load this page like 3 times, because I could not connect to it or something.

it can depend on various different things. for example, the amount of speed that you're subscribed for... the method you use to connect... if you're using wireless (wifi) how far away is the router from you device? oh and also other stuff might be interfering with your router... try and also untangle your wires if tangled and clear cookies from browser.
