i can't send asks on tumblr?

at first i thought the person i was trying to message had blocked me or something, so i tried someone i actually knew who hadn't blocked me and it still didn't work. i know theres an ask limit, but that refreshes every hour and its been way over an hour. help?

Well I have been experiencing the same problem. Where the ask box looks a bit dimmer then I had before, and when you click the Anon box, your user name still pops up.

So for the only way to "fix" this is to use a different browser.

I believe that it is a problem with some Cache log on the tumblr servers that add an exponential amount of asks when a ask is posted on a server ask check time. Thus resulting in you hitting your ask limit every hour, until Tumblr servers are fixed of this bug. It is the only way that I can think of a browser specific problem would arise.

It's not linked through IP, or blog, or account, Just browser.

omg, I'm having the exact same problem. Switching browers doesn't work for me though, I've tried. If you've found a way to fix it, please let me know >.<
