Not entirely sure what you mean here.

if you use BCC instead of CC it means you don't send the e-mail adresses along with it. So, everybody recieves the e-mail as if it is only meant for them. It's a hidden CC.
This is perfect for not letting people know there are multiple recipients, or not sharing all contacts with everyone.
